How rights holders can request takedown of infringing content on Peekrate, and how to file a counter-notice.

1. Our Policy

Kimiyoka respects intellectual-property rights and will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the Korean Copyright Act.

2. Filing a Notice of Infringement

  2. The exact URL on try.kimiyoka.com where the allegedly infringing material is located (e.g., a /s/… or /r/… share link).
  3. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on its behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Misrepresentation under § 512(f) can result in liability. Do not file a notice for material you do not own or control.

3. Counter-Notice
