Refund Policy

Conditions and procedure for refunds of Peekrate paid features.

1. Free vs. Paid

Running the basic image analysis on try.kimiyoka.com is free. This Refund Policy applies only to paid features (for example, Pro membership or chat credits) processed through a payment gateway (PG).

2. Wing (Credit) Products

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits have not been used at all.
  • Partially-used credit packs are not refundable.
  • Credits expire one year after purchase; expired credits cannot be refunded.

3. Membership (Subscription) Products

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any membership benefit.
  • Membership renews every 30 days. You can cancel any time before the next billing date and no further charge will be made.
  • No refund is issued for membership periods already consumed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase (unless local law grants a longer cooling-off period).
  • The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • The purchase was made through a third-party platform (e.g., an app store) — refunds must go through that platform’s policy.
  • Non-use due to your own environment (network, device) or choice.

5. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable cancellation right granted by Korea’s Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce or any other applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law grants a longer cooling-off period, that period applies.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@kimiyoka.com with:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The order number or payment receipt.
  • A short reason for the refund request.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Pricing or Payment Errors

If we cancel an order due to a pricing or payment error and you have already been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

9. Chargebacks

We investigate disputed charges. Members who file unjustified chargebacks may have their accounts restricted. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved by email more quickly than the bank dispute process.
