1. Basic Principle
Kimiyoka establishes and operates this Youth Protection Policy under Korea's Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Juvenile Protection Act, and related laws so that minors do not access harmful information without restrictions.
2. Age Restrictions
- Members must be at least 14 years old to register for the Service.
- Paid purchases require either being 19 or older, or, for minors aged 14-18, the consent of a legal guardian.
- If 19+ adult-only content is offered, access is gated by identity and age verification.
3. Protection from Harmful Information
- Uploaded images are subject to automated and manual moderation to block inappropriate content.
- We operate keyword and image filters for content that may be harmful to youth.
- Reports from users are reviewed immediately and acted on.
- Technical measures such as hashing may be applied to prevent re-upload of harmful content.

5. Staff Training
Personnel receive regular training on youth-protection laws, penalty standards, reporting procedures, and response protocols.
6. Harm Consultation & Grievance Handling
Dedicated personnel respond promptly to consultations and grievances arising from exposure to harmful information and take measures to prevent further harm.
